Program and Operations Associate

The Organization

Nonprofits – both the organizations and the individuals who work for them – recognize that they need AI but often don't know where to start. Springboard AI bridges that gap with live training that moves mission-driven professionals from reluctance to confident use in a single 90-minute session. During our 2026 pilot, designed and delivered by PLAI  and fiscally sponsored by Forward Global, 510 nonprofit professionals attended one of four 90- minute virtual sessions with attendance ranging from 100 to 240.

Following this successful pilot, we are now scaling up, preparing to train thousands of nonprofit staff each week. And for the many organizations that need help but aren’t sure which questions to ask, we’re building the sector’s leading AI Resource & Referral Hub.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an early stage organization and contribute to our first product launch later this year.

Your Role

The Program and Operations Associate supports day-to-day execution at SpringboardAI and will be heavily involved in launching our first training program in Fall 2026. As an early member of a startup team, your work will be broad and fluid with responsibilities spanning revenue support, program delivery, and operations. You’ll  work with internal team members, external funding partners, our trainers, and platform and technical providers.
